When filling a position, do you complete interviews and reference checks prior to recommending an applicant?

Yes, all applicants registered with The Agency are screened, interviewed and reference checked prior to being recommended for a position.

Who is responsible for government remittances (i.e. WSIB, taxes and EI) for someone working at my facility from The Agency?

The Agency is responsible for all required government remittances in regard to all the employees that The Agency provides to work in your facility. You will be billed weekly by The Agency for the hours worked by each employee. The Agency will then pay all government remittances on behalf of these employees.

When hiring a permanent employee is there a guarantee?

Yes, with all permanent placement, The Agency offers a three-month guarantee.
